HACCP Overview dashboard

The HACCP Overview dashboard supplies the ability for the user to open multiple HACCP dashboards at the same time. The dashboards will have data for the same day with the purpose of allowing for asset temperature comparisons across stores.

Auto HACCP Regeneration

Backend function

Generated HACCP reports that have incomplete data will be automatically regenerated for up to 7-days with the expectation that this period will supply sufficient time to correct any curable exceptions. Once a report has no further curable exceptions, the completed report will be saved having the correct report date and sent via SFTP to the customer. Once a report has been completed, it will no longer be regenerated. Any reports that have ‘non-curable’ exceptions will not be automatically regenerated as they will require manual invention to remedy the exception. The list of exception types and possible remedies is presented in the ‘Exception Glossary’ feature available in the ‘Exceptions info’ dashboard.

This dashboard presents a summary of the last 7-days HACCP report generations – showing how many were generated as ‘complete’ (having no exceptions) and how many contained exceptions. The user can select a particular date and see the list of all curable and non-curable exceptions for each site. The dashboard allows the user to export the contents to CSV format, and quick links to the ‘HACCP Overview’ dashboard and, if the site has a supported controller, the ‘Go to site’ link is available.

Like the ‘Alarm Analysis’ dashboard that allows the user to analyse current and historical alarm data, the ‘Exceptions Analysis’ dashboard does the same but focused on the HACCP exceptions. The user can use this dashboard to see trends and identify if there is commonality in the nature and frequency of exceptions being generated, and most importantly, is the number of exceptions reducing over time.
