Does Alsense support multi factor (MFA) authentication?

Yes, Alsense does provide multi factor authentication (MFA).

For non-federated users, Alsense supports 3 ways of validating the extra factor:

  • Auth0 Guardian app (which is the only way to get a push notification);

  • one-time passwords (where a user can use his/her authenticator app of choice) and

  • and a code via SMS.

For federated users, it is up to the Federation Admin (Customer side) to enable the multifactor.
